The Very Definition of Irony

Am I the only one who sees the irony in that the Republican convention kicked off the day Hurricane Gustav hit New Orleans?

    Barbara – I guess I haven’t been paying attention, ’cause I just stumbled on the CW blog through a very circuitous route. As for this post, it’s more ironic that James Dobson (Focus on the Family leader) had emplored his followers to pray for “biblical rains” to wash out Barack’s outdoor acceptance speech. Seems like his god has a sense of irony also.
